- Agricultural losses caused by adverse natural phenomena, diseases or pests.
- Calculation method
- Analysis of satellite imagery: Makes it possible to track the dynamics of the vegetation index (NDVI), which reflects the health status of plants before and after a natural disaster. Drones (UAVs): Used for precise aerial photography and for identifying local areas of waterlogging, drought or hail damage. The indicator is calculated 2 times a year, at the beginning of the growing season and during the ripening period of the crop being assessed.
